Vintage Old Mark Villeroy & Boch German Dresden 2597 deals Canister Set 12 pieces including the lids

These are true German Old Dresden and written in German on the Canisters.

As is common with the manufacturing process of this item date wise, it is common to to have makers imperfections such
as rough spots, makers indents, etc which are makers flaws not damage to the item. I try to explain everything honestly and up front but if I missed anything, though I do not think I did miss anything it was not intentional so view pictures to determine condition.

As is typical light crazing may be on items of this era.

The following item I was going to leave out and not include. The reason being the lid is damaged.
It has been that way for as long as I can remember. It would have made the set appear better to
many lookers. However I then decided to include it. Reason being it is relatively rare, lids often
pop up for sale, plus there are people who restore these. So I am basically tossing it in with the
other items in this set. Canister is good.

There is also are several people who can repair lids like this.
I damaged one of my RCA Victrola Dogs and sent it to a woman is Arizona
several years back with little hope of it getting fixed..... and the item looked like new when I got it back. I was amazed.

lid was at some time broke in three pieces and glued back together
It is back together but can tell it was repaired.
