Beautiful First Wave Cleo doll. She deals has her original outfit and headband. Headband has crack in middle/broke but is hard to tell and still attached to her head so it sits nicely. Hair needs some minor restyling. Top has small knot and once removed can be put back on her. Paint flaw to lower lip. Black elastic hips not overly loose either.
