This bracelet is made from heavy-gauge sterling silver sheet and is 1 inch (25mm) in height and measures approximately 2-3/8 inches across at its widest point. The length of the cuff itself, is approximately 6 inches (152mm) as measured before forming the cuff shape. The opening is approximately 1 inch (25mm). It is super comfortable for an all-day wear and fits most average size wrists.

*** HOW TO PROPERLY PUT ON AND REMOVE A CUFF BRACELET: In order to prevent stretching a cuff bracelet out of shape, possibly to the breaking point, NEVER put it on or remove it by stretching it open but rather by applying one end of the cuff to the soft flesh on the underside of your wrist and then rolling the other end of the cuff onto your wrist. The opening should give just a little but NEVER be stretched. Roll the same way in reverse to safely remove. ***
