* HOW TO MEASURE YOURSELF

- Bust - Measure around the fullest part of your breast with bra included (not your bra size).
- Waist - Smallest part of a torso
- Hips - The largest part of hip measurement
- Sleeve length - From shoulder to the desired length.
- The length of the garment - Locate the most prominent bone at the base of the neck.
This is accomplished by putting the chin to the chest. Take measure from this point to the desired length.

You will receive your Sephira outfit with DHL EXPRESS
The handmade fabrication takes 3 days after the order and around 2-4 business days to be received.

(We will do our best to make everything faster than that!)

* CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

We apply tracking number for every single package.
All shipments will be claimed with low value!

*CAN I MAKE CUSTOM ORDERS

Have in mind that custom orders that change our models cannot be returned, as we won't be able to sell them.
We are sending all the items to your Etsy account address so if you want your item/s to be delivered somewhere else, please contact us!

CAN I RETURN MY CLOTHES?
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you do not absolutely love your new purchase, you may return the item(s) for a 80% refund of the purchased price. We deduct 20% of the value of the item(s) because the shipping price is fixed at a promotional price of $ 11 Worldwide.

Returns:
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Contact us within 3 days of the purchase.

Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund 80% of the price.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping
costs are nonrefundable.

* CARE

If you wash your clothes by hand, use lukewarm water and turn them inside out.
You can also wash your clothes in a washing machine at maximum 30°C.
Remove the laundry when the cycle is complete and hang dry.
Do NOT put Sephira clothes in the dryer. You can carefully use an iron on it on low heat.
