The second one has not been altered. (No thigh highs included. I think that is a bit gross. Only yellow ribbons. Can not find the white ribbons but ribbons are easy to find.) Condition is as seen in the photos. I am not responsible for what happens to items when they leave my home. Only worn once and once more for photos to display on body. Everything will be shipped in ziplock bags or plastic wrap to protect the fabric and pieces. Wig is FREE. If you are distrusting to a used wig; boil it when you receive it.
