These earrings feature genuine and natural sleeping beauty turquose stones. A cluster of sleeping beauty turquoise stones dangle from gold filled ear wires. I added hill tribe nuggets throughout the cluster to finish off the design. The stones are wire wrapped with sterling silver head pins. All materials are sterling silver. You can choose to have the earrings made in sterling silver or gold deals filled.
