Size small, 21 1/2 inches on inside grosgrain ribbon,
Very nice design, molded,Adorned with 17 inches long feathers cluster. We also have some beige netting with tuffts scatterred.
Hat is 3 inches tall, it is wired on inside. A small elastic on inside to help secure le hat.
It was properly stored and cared for.
In very good preowned condition.
