Very fine quality workmanship. I see no problems, cracks, crazing or paint loss. She looks like a young lady setting on a French hillside, with a dreamy look on her face. She is very detailed, tiny pink roses on her skirt. Her hands and feet are very dainty.
I can't ake out the mark. Looks like maybe a crown over M, in blue ink. Maybe Austria?
