The set is 100% COMPLETE and includes all parts, all 5 minifigures, all accessories and all 4 instruction books! The parts for the set and the minifigures are all in very good condition. The instructions do show some signs of play wear but overall are in good condition. A few of the original stickers are no longer present so I'm including a BRAND NEW replacement sticker sheet free of charge (see pic #9). This is one of the coolest CITY sets out ever made . . . don't miss out! I counted every part to be able to guarantee it is 100% complete. Parts have been sorted by color and bagged for easy building. Comes from an adult collector in a non-smoking home. No box.
