Decent shape, exceed RC falcon 40 remote control helicopter. Last I tried to fly it seemed to be out of balance but would spin deals. Probably will need the battery replaced. It Does come with the charger, but the charger will need a cord. I think it's just a standard cord. No guarantees it will start without replacement battery haven't used it in awhile.
