Real human baby molar tooth added to a vintage 2 x 1.25 inch dark antiqued gold tone brooch. The tooth itself measures 3/8 inch and is set in an antiqued gold frame and set in the middle of four tiny, ruby red cut glass stones. Surrounding the tooth and along the edge of the open work metal brooch are more tiny clear deals rhinestones. The brooch is circa 1960 and has much regal-style detail including a small crown on top. The roll over clasp closure on the back measures 1.25 inch and still closes and opens well. The cast metal brooch also has a bail soldered to the back to make into a necklace if you want.

Schools will actually pay certain people to have students work on them, like pull their impacted wisdom teeth, so students can have the experience on real people. The school then gives the teeth to companies that pick up " biohazards" from hospitals, schools and other institutions.
