Model is Mack deals Daddy PM Grind 56 degrees with 13 bounce Please see pics - club face, grooves and leading edge show typical amount of wear from use. There is an area of rock mark towards the toe on the sole which will not affect playability. Not sure of shaft flex - no label. The CP2 Wrap Jumbo grip is good and has been installed to allow for an open face.
