oxidized sterling silver chain is a patterned oval link which connects to 5.5 inches of hand linked gold rutilated quartz rondelles in a generous size of 9mm wide with varied thicknesses between 6-8mm ..

the rutilated quartz are all neatly faceted, and are in colors ranging from transparent taupe, to pale yellow, to darker whiskey .. some have the strands of gold within them which cast their iridescent glow..
these stones are quickly becoming a personal favorite of mine.. they appear edgy especially when hand wrapped within polished oxidized sterling wire and a thicker, heavier chain.

I added a deals 'faceted' freshwater pearl in a slightly elongated oval shape for a pop of brightness and visual appeal..
the pearl is unique in that its surface resembles a turtle shell..!

the necklace measures 18" total and is completed with a spring ring clasp and eye.
