He is fully repainted, has a plastic cape and custom two cloth waist capes. He is fully weathered and also comes with a custom blaster rifle. WARNING: THE BLASTER CONTAINS A METAL PIECE INSIDE OF IT TO REINFORCE THE SEAM BETWEEN THE TWO PIECES. IT IS NOT VISIBLE FROM THE OUTSIDE BUT IF YOU BREAK THE BLASTER YOU COULD HURT YOURSELF ON THE SHARP METAL. IT IS NOT MY FAULT IF YOU DO. both fabric capes are dyed and weathered, and the plastic cape is just painted.
