Fairly used. Had a screen protector from the start the screen is working and no deals scratches like new. The side was scratched on the left side and shown in the pic. Black band is new and never used a sm/med band. Due to the scratch selling at a low price otherwise everything else in great condition. It's good but you can at cellular to any phone company (att, T-Mobile, Verizon etc).
