We are pleased to present for sale this unusual kitchen tool. This brass calculating device is used to deals determine the amount of citrate required to balance the PH of jam. The two dials on the front of the device can be rotated to adjust the calculation for various fruits, including red currant, raspberry, apricot and plum.

This calculator is constructed from brass so as to make it kitchen and moisture friendly. It has a bakelite back attached with six small screws. The two central dials are riveted through a central axis.
