The calendar may say winter but display this quilt and you can bask in the warmth of spring with charming florals and bunnies. This spring table runner of soft pastels measures 16.5" by 36." The quilt center features ten rows of eight 2" charm pack squares bursting with spring flowers, pastel solids, dots and airy designs. Nothing steals the show like cute bunnies! Each quilt end displays appliquéd bunnies nibbling away on spring blooms. Rayon thread for the appliqué adds a bit of sheen to the bunnies and flowers. The background fabric on the ends is a springy, small diagonal plaid that highlights the darker bunny. I liked the yellow plaid fabric so much I used it for the back and bound it with a complimentary multi-colored fabric. Stitch-in-the-ditch emphasizes each 2" square and I chose a wavy stitch for the ends.
