You just cannot look at this wonderful vase and NOT be cheerful.

With its HAND PAINTED, vibrant colors - mixes of oranges, yellows, greens and purples, this wonderful vintage signed "Made deals in Japan" (see last photo for signature) vase is just...happy!

If you want to congratulate someone and CHEER THEM UP, I'd give them this vase... because....because....

Well, it can't miss!

The vase itself is vintage and is 6 1/2" high - without flowers. It is 5" wide at its widest (the two handles).

The FRONT of this wonderful porcelain lassie is stunningly embellished with a great many HIGH RELIEF ELEMENTS: Including a HUGE yellow and white FLOWER with an orange center, a bevy of green and yellow leaves, black FLOURISHED handles and leaves and flowers climbing BOTH handles!

The coloring is a delight. The vase itself has a base color of a beautiful, soothing LAVENDER that is coated with LUSTER in a second firing: thus, it is lusterware, and it has an endless, delightful shine and glow.

This piece is in excellent vintage condition: I see no scratches, no mars, no chips, NO PAINT LOSS (which is amazing given how old this piece is)!!

The leaves and flowers are completely handmade: no two flowers are alike, and they were made and selected on the basis of how they would best match this insanely cheerful belle!

There are MORE THAN TWENTY (20) leaves. I say "more than" because I know I've stacked some flowers on top of others, and others are just partially visible, while most are wholly visible.

All flowers are stacked and layered and various mediums are used for the flowers, the leaves, the bead caps. Among those elements used are painted vintage enamel, etched brass, embossed brass, etched 14K gold, shamballa balls, painted enamel, YELLOW JADE (genuine), vintage painted porcelain beads, genuine AMETHYST, celluloid filigree, brass filigree, genuine gold pearls, vintage Japanese sugar beads, SWAROVSKI crystal, pearlized beads, genuine MURANO beads, workbench beads in various colors and hand painted vintage CZECH beads.

The craftsmanship on this piece is extraordinary.

I have attempted to show all different views: front, side, back, top of this marvelous, unique and ONE OF A KIND belle. The last photo shows the signature and the second to last provides a "view from the top."

Whatever use one might have for it, I can guarantee one thing: you simply cannot look at this delightful, whimsical beauty and FAIL to smile!!!!!
