Unable to find any history on Harvey Hand in the Modesto area.
I live in Merced which is south of Modesto and I know that the Oakland Team back then moved to Merced.
The last time the Reds played was in 1915 as per Wikipedia.
The Reds were also called the Modesto Nuts it seems as per Wikipedia.

The photo has some worm damage, see pics.
No Mold, rips or tears.
Frame is original, the paper backing flaked off during research and was unrecoverable.
2 of the nails have broken off in the frame.
A wonderful piece of history, it needs a good home.
