The drawing will be a full-color art and done with pencil, ink, deals watercolor, and gouache on professional acid-free watercolor paper.

(1). Please send me a high-resolution, high-quality, well-lit photo(s) you would like to use and show the pose you want to appear in the sketch. Photos are critical to paint an excellent portrait. It is good to send a few pictures, as this gives me an idea of a person's appearance. Also, we can decide together which photo is better for painting.
(2). Tell me the portrait size, landscape or horizontal direction, and due date to receive it.
(3). After coordination of all details and price, you make payment (purchase this listing). Then, your painting will be in line with my schedule.
(4). Once I start your painting, it takes me around 5-10 business days to finish it. I will show you a pencil sketch before color it.
(5). When the portrait is ready, I will send you a digital image for your approval.
(6). After your approval, I carefully pack the portrait and ship it.

Any late replies to my updates via Etsy messaging will affect the estimated delivery date due to the process being delayed by the customer.
If you need it quicker, just let me know, and I will see what I can do. If you need it very quickly, we can do a gift certificate and have the recipient choose precisely the details they would like in the portrait.

Small painting (8"x10", 9"x12") is packaged in a plastic cello to prevent water damage and shipped in a sturdy cardboard mailer so that it will not get bent. Large painting (11"x14", 12"x16", 14"x18", 16"x20") is wrapped up in glassine paper, safely rolled, and shipped in a mailing tube.
