Has some general wear and tear due to age, as well as blemishes from storage, so please review the photos thoroughly to ensure this is in a condition you are ok with. I've ONLY listed this as "poor" condition as I do not have a player and cannot test if the disc is playable. Visually it looks to be in wonderful condition with no flaws.
