Set of two small trays or soap dishes by prestigious deals maker La Cartuja de Sevilla, Pickman S.A. Spain from around the 1970's.

These beautiful soap dishes were made in Seville, Spain between 1970 and 1980 according to the stamp underneath.

Nowadays the brand is known as La Cartuja de Sevilla, because of the name of the building where the factory is but when it was created by Charles Pickman in 1841 the pieces were marked Pickman , Pickman Sevilla...depending on the year they were made.

These pieces will look great in a bathroom or displayed on a coffee table, basically anywhere as they are very pretty.

The trays have a beautiful transferware design, one is blue and the other is brown.

They are in perfect condition with no signs of age. They were probably kept in their box by a collector rather than used.
