PREP and PACKAGING: Prior to shipping, your bracelet will be cleansed and charged overnight. Your bracelet will arrive in its own jewelry box secured by a ribbon the ends sealed in wax. To keep it safe during its journey to you, your bracelet will be packaged in either a padded envelope or a secured shipping box. Inside you will find custom information specific to your bracelet including its' gemstones, its' care, your Happiness Guarantee, and your Restringing Warranty along with Pfeffars' direct email address.

SIZE: Standard bracelet design and length is 7”-7 1/4” unless otherwise noted. This fits most people. If you would like your bracelet length customized, I can do that too! (see CUSTOM SIZING BELOW)

CUSTOM SIZING: FREE custom sizing between 6” and 8” is available at deals the time of purchase. Simply include your wrist size in ‘Note to Seller' or under the PERSONALIZATION section. I will take it from there! Please be aware that to adjust the length of your bracelet, gemstones must be added or removed so the design may vary slightly from the picture. Adjustments may be subject to approval.

HOW TO FIND YOUR CUSTOM SIZE: For a custom fit, measure your wrist then add 1/2” for a regular fit and 3/4” for a looser more relaxed fit.

RESTRINGING WARRANTY: In addition, each Pfeffars bracelet comes with a one-year restringing warranty.
