Vintage estate item. Hard to find Mattel Baby Heather in good condition. She does power on, talks, moves her lips, and head, closes and opens her eyes but we are uncertain exactly what she is supposed to do so we cannot say she works completely. (I have several videos as well, will upload one on Posh…) She does have her limbs in place even though when the plastic looks a bit off, both legs move/turn but the left one gets stuck at a certain point. Her left hand sometimes turns backwards I don't know if that's normal. Her clothes show some minor soiling and a few stains but no rips or holes. There is light stains on her hands/legs skin, face is excellent! I don't have any other accessories for this doll only what it is pictured. the deals battery compartments are clean (batteries not included).
