The Martial Arts Belt Display Deluxe comes ready to hang out of box. It is made from high quality durable materials and personalized to make it a one-of-a-kind piece for your wall. They make great gifts for black belt graduation, birthdays, Christmas, or if you're just starting out on your journey. Choose the belt rank option from 5 to 14 and text/graphics color then personalize the name and characters. *Belts are NOT included.

HOW TO ORDER

[Belt# + xtra rung WITHOUT additional text] option allows you to choose from 5-14 belt options. Each option on this item includes and extra rung which is extended by 1.5" on either side to allow for medal awards to hang. No text will be included on the extra medal rung. If you would like to add text on the medals rung, choose the option below.

[Add text on xtra rung] option allows you to add a line of text to the extended top medal rung (under the name header). This text can be anything from a motivational message or phrase to the school or dojo name. Not all characters may be available. If text in languages other than English are wanted, please reach out and verify if it can be included prior to ordering. Long messages may require two lines of text. A digital proof will be sent for verification prior to completing the order. See personalization comments below

[Text color] - by default Black text will be added to the belt display and additional text if added. If you would like a different text color than black, you must mention this when ordering. **No mention of text color is an order for BLACK text.


**PERSONALIZATIONS**
Add your name in the PERSONALIZED FIELD. We use capital letters by default. *Make sure to check your message (in some cases it will forward to a junk folder) as we will forward a proof of your name for verification. Personalized designs needing verification of spelling can often delay completion of your item due to the time needed for correspondence between buyer and seller. Please understand that your prompt response helps to insure a faster turn time.

BY DEFAULT NO SIDE GRAPHICS WILL BE ADDED - IF you would like to add graphics to the sides of your name header similar to those in the photos please add this to comments or send us a message. Custom logos and studio emblems MAY require addition design time and an additional fee may be required. If you have a question feel free to message us.

Shipping Time:
Our belt racks are fully customizable from the number of belts it can hold to the color option to the personalized name header which is laser engraved and painted. For this reason these belt racks can not be made until the order is placed. Please understand when ordering that this item may not ship for up to 3 weeks during busy holiday seasons.

Materials & Construction:
Our belt racks are made from 1/4” baltic birch plywood using a CNC machine. The name header is attached separately to allow it to be laser engraved if desired. Elastic bands used to hold each belt onto the belt rack will be included but in a separate bag (be careful not to throw them out with the box). These are not attached to the belt rack so that they can be added as belts are earned. Two metal D ring hooks will be attached to the back for easy hanging. **Please note that the belt rack can be heavy when filled and care should be taken when hanging or affixing to a wall. It is not recommended to hang in an area where it could possibly fall and injure someone such as over a bed or chair. Wall anchors are recommended when no studs are available to affix to.

Wood characteristics:
Please note that wood has natural characteristics which may deals cause minor changes in color and appearance. We try and provide the best choice of material but in some instances variations occur. No two pieces will be the same. These variations in wood grain patterns, knots, and color are natural to wood products and are not considered a defect but add to the uniqueness of each piece.

Refunds or Cancellations for this item-
No refunds are given for personalized items as they can not be resold. However, if a request to cancel the order is placed within 24 hours of purchase BEFORE any personalizations have been made, then seller may agree to cancel the order. Once personalizations have been made then seller will not issue a refund for the item.

In the event that the item was damaged while in transport from the shipping provider, the buyer will need to do the following:
-reach out to seller within 24 hours of delivery
-provide 2 clear photos of the damaged item from different angles within 24 hours of delivery
-provide 2 clear photos of the damaged box from different angles within 24 hours of delivery
-file a claim with the shipping service
-we will file a claim on our end as well with the aid of the photos that you provide
With the reclaimed monetary funds from the shipping service we can then make a new replacement item. PLEASE NOTE that a refund will not be issued in this case but a replacement item will be provided to you.
