Vintage Jo A Lyn dress Flapper Tiered Slip Fringe Dress Roaring 20s inspired 4/6 From under the arm, it measures 26" long..not including the length of the bottom tier of fringe. The straps are 9" long, which means a tight fit. Measuring around the middle of the bust on the mannequin is 35" MAX. The deals top fits me and I normally fit size 4/6. About a 34B cup without a bra on. Top is meant to be a little tight. Waist is about 30" Hips area is approx 34" and fits loose from there downward.
