They deals come across this little head looking robot that they named Lagann, and when they do it unleashes a fury of hell rained upon them as a monster looking giant robot called a Beastman falls down upon their city. That is when they also come across a femme fatale freedom fighter, Yoko. Together all three of these heroes band together to free the humans from the oppression from the Beastmen!.
