To be precise, I can guarantee it was brand new and never used, but a buyer purchased and returned it because I don't have Jo Malone box included. When I received the package, fragrance smell is all around deals it and no air bubbles in the tube . I compared it my other new Jo Malone collections, none has this issue.However upon review, mercari insisted it is returned as same condition. So I list it as “new” ironically , since mercari said return in same condition. As as a seller I need to be honest with my new buyer, this is unfortunately been tested by previous buyer, if u care about condition new vs tested.
