Ginkgo is not a lumber that is sold in a lumber shop, because it only comes to a market when the trees in a park or a street cut down.

Gingko cutting boards are popular among in Japan, because its wood character repels water because of essensial oil in it.

Please don't worry about the smell of gingko fruit, this board doesn't have that smell.
