Victorian Ribbed deals Silk Cape

Victorian ribbed textured deals silk cape with black lace trim at hem and around shoulders. Ruched silk satin ribbon collar. Lined in black cotton. Closes with hook and eye at neck. Very good condition with minor imperfections, wear to neck ribbon, small damage to silk neck binding - see close up, small imperfections in lace. Measures 20" long and is approximately 96" around lower edge. Neck is 14-1/2". Model is a size small and the cape will fit up through a size medium.
