MEASUREMENTS: The dress is 41 inches long, 9 inches across the shoulders, 22 inches around the chest - best suited for 20 inch actual chest size. 4-1/2 inches around the ends of the sleeves.

Very long white cotton gown for an infant. The dress has buttons all the way down the back and has 4 narrow drawstrings at the waist. Embroidered ruffle collar with pleats , embroidery and open work on the front of the neck and the ends of the sleeves. The end of the gown is full and has 2 sections of small folds in the fabric with a section of embroidery and open work in between. Gathered cotton around the bottom with floral embroidery and embroidered open work all done by hand.
CONDITION: The gown is in very good condition. There are 4 small 1/8 inch holes on the front of one underarm. Light aging on edge and center of neckline. A few scattered pin head holes on the back of the gown.
