Overall, in good to very good condition. - Talking Railways Percy Talking Railway Series engines have special gold magnets (RFID Chip) which allows destinations from the series to refer to the engines by name. The engines DO NOT make sound, they trigger buildings from the series to make sounds. Percy has been played with so there are some signs of wear and blemishes on it.
