Grown in the beautiful rolling hills of the mejestic wood lands of north west Louisiana just outside of the beautifully warm, culturally inspired, welcoming city of Natchitoches. Also known as "the City of Lights".

We grow Elephant Garlic and a few other vegetables for the family and friends. All of our food is grown with a lot of love for the process.

We do not use pesticides, or herbicides in or around our garden.

We use 13 13 13 fertilizer to get the nourishment the plants need in this extremely fine sandy soil.

We till the soil 4 or 5 times within a 2 to 3 month period prior to planting season.
This process helps control the weeds from growing during the winter.

We also use the weed eater between the rows and a little implement I modified to get between the plants.

This coming year, I will be adding compost to air the soil, increase nutrients and decrease weeds as well as assist the bulbs growth.
