In the knife set, the cutting blades vary in shape and size (see photos for dimensions) so that you can easily cut and serve cheeses ranging from hard, dense varieties like Parmesan, Manchego, and Gouda to soft, creamy cheeses like Brie and Camembert, as well as the semi-soft sticky or crumbly cheeses in between like Swiss, Havarti, and Stilton. The stainless steel blades ensure smooth, clean cuts, are durable and rust free, and are easy to clean and keep polished. The polymer clay adornments are sealed with a waterproofing glaze to preserve their color and gloss. Care instructions: As the blades are sharp, please keep away from children and pets. We advise that you wash and dry the knives by hand with a mild detergent, taking care to be gentle with the polymer clay components. These knives are not suitable for the dishwasher, exposure to intense heat, prolonged immersion in water, or scouring with abrasive agents. Although the metal will not tarnish, periodic buffing with a stainless steel polish will keep the blades looking their best. The wood handles can be oiled with any food-safe mineral oil as needed.
