Antique Cochran Rose & Lily Jug/Pitcher. Made in Scotland. Cochran pottery was produced for 3 generations, from 1845 until 1918.
Pitcher measures approximately 7" in height and approx. 5 3/4" across from the spout to the outside edge of the handle. Holds approximately 4 1/2 Cups of fluid.
Crazing to the outside and inside of the pitcher. Areas of discoloration to the inside of the pitcher. Areas of gold paint loss, especially to the handle, spout and rim of the pitcher. One small crack on the inside of the pitcher at the spout, which is best seen in the last photo. Small nicks to the bottom of the pitcher, as seen best in the photo that shows the deals Maker's stamp.
