There are some, scratches, marks, and wear to the surface of the console. The controller has some normal wear from use, and sometimes we get a ghost input to one direction... it maybe needs to be cleaned inside one of the control sticks I don't know. HDMI cable and Power cable are not included - what you see in the pictures is everything you deals will receive.
