"Bookcase-Northwest deals Passage" 18"x24" Signed Gilcee Fine Art Print by Susan J Schneider

This painting was displayed at the Donald Reynolds Library in Mountain Home, AR in 2013. It depicts a bookcase with old copies of "Northwest Passage", "The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn" and "Last of the Mohecans". Painted from my imagination, the scene in the background merges with the bookcase. Ozark arrowheads, a powder horn and a travelling inkwell with a Barred-Owl feather quill are joined by a dragonfly and a cherry tree from the background. This print is life size and produces a 3-D effect when hung on the wall. This is the first of two painting in the bookcase series.

I take great pride in my paintings and have my paintings scanned and printed at a professional imaging lab over 100 miles from my home. The detail and color of the print is exactly as the original. It is printed using the Gilcee printing method on heavy Archival Museum quality acid free paper in order to last a life-time.
