Our slappers are made from 2 layers of thick 3/16" bridle leather. Bridle leather is an expensive very attractive leather. We fashion these paddles as Slappers, for more sound and less impact on lighter strokes. Don't get me wrong. This paddle will leave marks if you want.

Second, the handle, we offer Oak, Cherry, and Poplar.
Third, we can emboss the edge of the leather with Simple yet elegant line that goes around the edge on both sides, Rope, Or Celtic rope.
Last but not least What would you like the paddle to say on it? try to keep it under 10 letters, but if you need more let us know and we will figure it out together.
