You can find out who prints paintings and who creates real art by hand.
Ask a seller about photos of the process.
If a seller can send you a photo of a painting that only 30% ready, be sure that this is a real artist (examples of these photos can be found in my gallery of each listing).

If a seller tells you something about a mixed media artwork or about a drawing tablet be sure this shop prints paintings.
