Product code: Bird deals of Two Seas
Ringed storm petrels split their lives between two seas: One, the turbulent southeast Pacific, where they feed and travel without touching land for years; the other, the barren Atacama Desert of Chile -- a rolling ocean of dust and sand, where they fly 50 miles inland to breed and raise young. This tiny, delicate bird manages to thrive in two of the most extreme environments on earth. It travels between them only at night, by the light of the stars.
Archival giclee reproduction of a watercolor and ink drawing on high quality watercolor paper, signed by the artist and suitable for framing. The image itself measures 9"x16", and is surrounded by a 1.5 inch deals border for ease of matting, as desired.
