All of the PS3 games except one (1) have been opened but not all have been played. Assassin's Creed 3 is still sealed in the case & is brand-new. We believe that all the games have their manuals. There are 31 total games. There are 26 PS3 games, 3 XBOX 360 games, and 2 PC Games. The red controller works but has a cracked thumbpiece joystick (pictured). The joystick is still functional and doesn't stick at all - it's just cracked. PLEASE ASK ANY QUESTIONS BEFORE PURCHASING. LOT COMES AS IS.
