3. Colors (can list up to 4) & which accent color (silver or gold) that you want on this product.
4. Baby's Name.
5. Parent's Names.

***Shipped orders should be placed no less than 17 days (2 1/2 weeks) before date needed.*** During the height of Homecoming Season, Aug-Nov, longer times may be needed (up to 4 weeks).

***Pick-Up orders should be placed no less than 10 days before date needed.***
