Antique Wood Charger, Plate or Shallow Bowl, Country deals Treen

This is an out of round wooden shallow bowl or charger that measures between 13 1/2" and 13 1/4" diameter and 2 1/4" tall. It is much shallower than 2 1/4" as the base is quite thick. The wood appears to be poplar. There is overall wear and three tight cracks, with the longest measuring 3", another 2 3/4" and the last 1 1/8". It has an aged, worn surface with old nicks to the edges. There are no cutting marks on the interior, so I suspect it was used as a bowl, but I have had it deals propped up with my plates and it does look like a charger when displayed.
