deals This is a circa 1955 black beaded evening bag purse with contemporary gold brass moth added. It measures 7 x 7 inches. The inside is black satin with a small, 2 x 3 inch flat pocket with its original hand mirror still inside. The gold metal snap still works well, opening and closing with ease. There is an 28 inch, gold slinky snake chain that can be pulled out to carry the purse on your shoulder or tucked in to make it a clutch style. Since the purse is completely covered in black seed and bugle beads, the purse has a nice weight to it. The beading fills both sides, the 2.5 x 1.5 inch moth is only on one side. It is too small for an I-phone plus.

The contemporary moth is stamped into raw brass and has nice detail. Raw brass will antique naturally with age.
