Handwoven Infinity scarf, deals pink cowl snood, woven with purple, pink merino and recycled cashmere knitted fabric - a beautiful unique gift

A beautiful hand woven cowl sewn with some fine lilac recycled fine knitted merino fabric. The handwoven fabric has been made with merino and lambs wool warp with merino lace weft. Some of the merino lace was hand dyed. Beautifully soft and comfortable against the skin. This is a totally unique and individual hand woven item which has been lovingly made.

The fabric was woven on my Louet floor loom using different straight 8 warping patterns before being washed, dried and sewn into a tube with some cashmere knitted fabric and twisted to give it an infinity design. This cowl is a snug fit around the neck which is great because it fits snuggly so is very warm and sits beautifully around the neck over a jumper or with a coat.

After weaving the fabric was washed which has helped the fabric to fill and become even softer.

I have done my best to represent the colours deals accurately in the pictures but the colours may vary slightly depending on the screen you are using to view.

This item can be washed gently in cool water with minimal agitation.
