Vintage Chrome Pedestal Cake Stand/ Blown glass Dome

From the late 40s, very elegant with it's seamless, blown glass dome.
I've never seen a base like this with a chrome ball to it and felt on the bottom.
It's quite the showy piece!
There's a few small issues so please review the photos.
What looks like a flaw in the glass dome was just part
of the blowing process: no chips or cracks.
Where the dome rests on the chromes there;s minor wear.
Always use a paper dolie! On the deck of the stand there's also minor scratches.
