This is an antique brass mosque model that is affixed to an alabaster base and fitted with a light. I think that the mosque is an older piece that was converted to a lamp, although that was probably done some time ago - judging by the wire, I would say during the 1940s or 50s. There are green and deals red glass panels inserted behind the windows. It is in very good condition except for some chipping to the glass panels at their ends and maybe the odd scratch to the alabaster. Ignore the crooked front piece, it was loose and just needed to be screwed tight. The piece measures 7 3/4” square across the base and has a height of 8 3/4” at the tallest minarets, including the base. It weighs 5 lbs and 11 oz.
This is a really nice old piece - you might want to work on the glass panels, although I would just leave it as is….
