This 3ds xl is not deals brand new I just have the box so it will be more secure in shipping. Stylus and charger are included. There also is a case that holds your games and 3ds. The 8 games being sold are smash bros, Star Wars 3,Mario kart 7 ,Pokémon sun, yokai watch, big hero 6, snooped grand adventure, and sky landers. Sky landers include the portal although I don't have any skylanders to go with it. All games are tested and work. PS: The 3ds is factory reset and has some minimal scratches on the top panel.
