Product code: HANDCRAFTED deals MOCC COLLEGE

MOCC COLLEGE HANDCRAFTED in Italy with raw-materials produced in Italy: from the leather to the leather lining to leather bottom. All designed, made, assembled and cared for by expert and competent hands that at every gesture, despite being repeated over time by generations, put a maniacal attention in respect of the raw material processed and maximum care for the realization, passage after passage, of a work of art similar but different to that created previously.
The leather selected by eyes addicted to the choice of the best quality and cut with the "knife" from skilled hands, will be stitched piece by piece to create a harmonious union, durable, strong and protective, but at the same time, enveloping and relaxed. The union of these pieces will be shaped to your liking and the leather will put initially "under stress" to be sure that it will be as we wanted: HARMONIOUS in its lines, RESISTANT in shaping, STRONG in processing, PROTECTIVE in impact, ENVELOPING in the fit and RELAXED in showing off.
A master shoemaker will then take care of it: the "rehydrate" with natural products, the "massage" with a sponge soaked in the "dye" chosen and then let it rest for at least 2 days.
The bottom deals leather will be chosen according to the thickness, flexibility and strength and then be cut, scratched on the inside and finally stitched to the shaped leather (BLAKE process). To it will be applied the edge centimeter after centimeter, will be rounded or beveled or angled or...whatever we like and then smooth, treat, color, polish.
Abrasive, wool, iron, cream, hair dryer, cracks, cloth, paper, wax, mastic, sevea.... are only a part of the tools and products that the master shoemaker will use to characterize his creation and make it "...' a work of art similar but different from the previous".
