Vintage Peggy Porcher 'Southern Belle and Beau' Large Figurines Set of deals Two (V1593)

If antebellum Southern culture is one of your guilty pleasures, consider these vintage 'Southern Belle' and 'Southern Beau' figurines. Almost large enough to be considered statuettes, the figurines are dressed mainly in red: the man's red cloak, the woman's red dress (like the red dress Bette Davis defiantly wore in *Jezebel*). The porcelain figurines were designed by Peggy Porcher and made in the 1940s or 50s by Goldcrest. They are in very good condition.

Measure: belle--8" tall, beau--8.5"
